Salvatore (Sal) Caiazzo, Jr.
Principle
Sal turns plans into precise execution. With 25 years spanning construction and large‑scale operations, he brings enterprise‑level discipline to every jobsite. As a former construction project manager, Sal delivered complex, high‑profile projects up to $250M—including the award‑winning, blast‑resistant U.S. Mission to the U.N.—establishing a reputation for safety, quality, and innovative build methods. His leadership running fast‑growth logistics companies (FedEx contractor and Amazon DSP) sharpened his scheduling, cost control, and team management—capabilities he now applies to keep our builds on time and on budget. A graduate of NYIT with a BS in Architecture, Sal aligns design intent with constructability, ensuring craftsmanship, durability, and a smooth homeowner experience.
Jim DeVille, ALC
Partner, Licensed General Contractor
Jim leads our build and development strategy from the ground up. With 40 years in residential and light commercial construction, land development, and design — and more than three decades in the North Atlanta market — he brings proven expertise in site selection, due diligence, and cost‑smart construction. An Accredited Land Consultant and long-time broker, Jim evaluates and negotiates land and commercial assets across metro northwest Atlanta. Previously, he led Donny Brook Homes Inc., developing residential communities throughout the north Metro Atlanta. His focus: locating, acquiring and entitling sites for development, building innovatively, and helping clients make informed decisions from start to finish.
Cherry Frederick
Director of Marketing and Sales Associate
Cherry connects our projects to the right buyers through data-driven marketing and boots‑on‑the‑ground sales support. A seasoned commercial real estate broker, she brings two decades of experience in land acquisition analysis, right‑of‑way negotiations, and permitting strategy—skills that strengthen our front‑end feasibility and entitlement process. Her background in utilities, telecom zoning, and infrastructure planning sharpens our assessments of sewer, water, and zoning, while her small‑business operations experience (marketing, budgeting, and project management) ensures each community launches with a clear brand, smart spend, and measurable results. Cherry’s role bridges acquisition and sales, translating technical site work into compelling buyer value.
